I recommend making your booking at least one week in advance, although I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests, I cannot guarantee availability. To secure your preferred time and date, it is advisable to make your booking at least four weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.

If you cancel your shoot at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date and have made a deposit, your deposit will be refunded. In case I need to cancel the shoot for any reason, I will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with two options: rescheduling the shoot or a full refund of your deposit.

It is generally possible to change the route after booking, but there may be some limitations. In some cases, I may have scheduled other shoots around the location you've chosen, making it difficult to accommodate any last-minute changes. While I always do my best to meet your requests, please keep in mind that once a route has been decided, it may not be possible to change it due to other factors.

I understand that Tokyo can be a difficult city to navigate, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. However, please try to arrive at our meeting point on time by planning ahead. Due to my tight schedule and other commitments, I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to extend our session beyond the initially agreed-upon time. However, If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to work with you within the constraints of my schedule.

In the case of light rain, we may proceed with the shoot by providing umbrellas or finding a more sheltered location. If the rain becomes too heavy, we will reschedule the shoot for another day.

If you are uncomfortable with the idea of a photoshoot in the rain and prefer to reschedule for another day, I’ll do my best to accommodate your preferences.

Try to wear clothes that make you feel comfortable during our sessions, particularly for longer ones where we might be walking around. Bringing a pair of comfortable shoes to wear between shots could be helpful. I recommend choosing soft pastel colors clothes without patterns. In terms of fabrics, natural materials such as cotton and wool tend to photograph much better than synthetic ones.

If your chosen location has an admission fee, we kindly request that you cover the cost of the fee for the photographer.

Yes, typically, walking from location to location is included in the session time.
